The afternoon’s festivities opened with brief remarks from Chris Wang and Kristina Brusco on behalf of the BHB&C, who welcomed the crowd and thanked the business community for coming together to put the day’s events together. The two noted that roughly 30 sponsors helped make the block party possible, with special recognition for presenting sponsors G. DeLuca & Sons Masonry, ABA Behavior Services, The Park, Fieldhouse and Primrose School of Berkeley Heights, along with a long list of gold and ride sponsors who rounded out the lineup. “It’s going to be an amazing day,” Wang told the crowd before handing things off to Brusco to continue the welcome.
Brusco took the microphone to welcome the crowd, calling the block party “such an amazing downtown event” where “pretty much everybody in Berkeley Heights really gets together.”
Thanks to all our sponsors for making Block Party possible!
