BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ – Local businesses gathered at Delicious Heights on Wednesday for an informative evening hosted by the Berkeley Heights Business & Civic (BHB&C). The event featured a presentation on a free website development program aimed at helping New Jersey’s storefront businesses enhance their online presence. The program, supported by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA), provides fully funded websites for retail, restaurant, and personal care businesses.
Chris Wang, Chairman of the BHB&C, opened the evening by thanking local business owners for attending and welcoming the presentation. Wang introduced David Sorkin, of New Frontier Storefront, who provided an overview of the NJEDA’s Small Business E-Commerce Support Program.
“We are excited to share this program with New Jersey’s business community,” Sorkin said. “The state has launched this initiative to support small businesses, particularly in helping them build or enhance their online presence—a critical need in today’s digital world.”
