BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ — The Berkeley Heights Business and Civic (BHB&C) organization turned its annual holiday party into a gesture of community generosity this season, collecting diapers, baby supplies, and other essential items for local nonprofit Moms Helping Moms (MHM).
The holiday celebration was held last Wednesday at Neelam Indian Cuisine. When it came time to pay the bill, owner Kunal Sharma generously donated the catering. Without hesitation, BHB&C chttps://www.tapinto.net/towns/berkeley-heights/sections/business-and-finance/articles/berkeley-heights-business-and-civic-donates-holiday-party-contributions-to-moms-helping-momso-chairs Chris Wang and Kristina Brusco announced that the donation would be given to Moms Helping Moms.
Brusco, co-owner of Diamond Hill Montessori School, has long supported MHM as a drop-off point for donations. BHB&C leadership recently delivered the collected items to MHM headquarters on Plainfield Road in Long Hill Township, where they learned more about the organization’s mission and operations.
