The Hype Was Worth the Wait: Taste of Berkeley Heights Draws Sold-Out Crowd at Embassy Suites

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J. — The hype was worth the wait. After a February snowstorm pushed the second annual Taste of Berkeley Heights to March, the delay may have only added to the anticipation — because Monday night’s sold-out event at Embassy Suites by Hilton Berkeley Heights delivered.

Presented by the Berkeley Heights Business and Civic Association (BHB&C) in partnership with American Beauty Events, the March 23 gathering drew more than 300 guests to the hotel ballroom from 6 to 9 p.m. for an evening of food, community and conversation with the local restaurant owners who make Berkeley Heights and surrounding towns a dining destination.

“Reaching a sell-out for the 2nd Annual Taste of Berkeley Heights is a proud moment for our community,” said BHB&C co-chair Chris Wang. “A special thank you goes to our local chefs and owners who have poured so much passion into this event; their talent is truly what brought the crowds out.”
